It's a Wednesday that feels like a Thursday because our kiddos get a four day weekend!
Woohoo!
Thank you no weather days for creating such a lovely long weekend. Only four more days left of school...which basically means, only eight more lunches left to make for the year. I don't know about you...but the lunch making and me need a break. See you next fall PB&J!

We returned home from Boston on Sunday. I'm still reminiscing about our great weekend. I love, love, love our trips to Boston!

6. What I'm working on...
A good chore system for the summer! We are going to be relaxed and lazy this summer...but at the same time, we are going to remember that our dirty laundry goes in the hamper and that the toilet must always be flushed. #livingwithkids
Together, the kids and I came up with some great chores (I mean...is flushing the toilet every time really a chore? Probably not...and yet, I feel like it needs to be included on this list because IT DOESN'T ALWAYS HAPPEN.) and some fun rewards (stay up 30 minutes later, swim past your bedtime, go get snow cones, etc.). The kids helped me pick a good place for their new chore chart and we're going to attempt to stay motivated this summer. I'll try and do a post on this soon!
7. What I'm excited about...

I brought these two tops to Boston and loved them both! They both work great for transitional weather because you can just throw a light jacket over them for an extra layer...

Please excuse my packing...but I wanted you to see the top I wore on the plane on day one. It's great because it doesn't wrinkle...and when you get off a plane and go, you don't want to be all wrinkly! I put it on with my new Hinge military jacket (which is light and perfect!) and off I went!
Plus, I've showed you this top before (it comes in four other colors) and I still love it!
11. What I'm doing this weekend...
All sorts of fun Memorial Day stuff! Weather permitting...lots of swimming and being with friends and family!

This girl turns FOUR! We have been talking about her birthday for six months now. I'm pretty sure she picked the theme before Christmas. We can't wait to celebrate with sweet Ashby!
